The on boarding call with Daniel went great and he was very thorough with explaining how the dashboard works and the difference is between ad scale and ad scale plus. Katlyn offered a follow up call to show me the differences between the AI budget group and custom budget groups, which was very helpful. I am only in my third day of allowing the AI to completely run all of the ads which include carousel ads on Meta, as well as a performance max and brand campaign on Google. It has been really interesting to see the budget shifts each day as it is prioritizing not only how much to spend, but when to spend the money based on store metrics. I am testing a pretty aggressive starting budget during the 14 day free trial. After learning about some of the creative control that I have within custom budget groups, as well as learning about adding additional assets to the performance, max campaign, I am curious to see how the 14 day test will perform. I have been burned by several ad agencies in the past that cost significantly more and are not able to update my budgets and bid strategies in real time around the clock. This does give me hope that over the next couple of weeks that we will start seeing some optimization and better performance. It is unrealistic to expect that any advertisements will just perform amazingly right out of the gate as Meta and Google are machine learning platforms that require data to optimize.
