She’s prompt and quick to respond, and I really like that she provides clear direction with visuals and copy-and-paste examples—that helps a lot. Really appreciate Nicole's speed + helpfulness! Adscale has been really helpful + escalated our ad performance. There have been some specifics (video + image sizing) that is a bit of a learning curve, but overall MUCH more user friendly than native Meta ads platform.
