I do not recommend, it's pretty diabolical that they have no support available for over 24 hours since their subscribtion starts at 150$ a month! I don't know how do they have such reviews, they looks fake. but my experience it's really bad, nothing works, very badly made platform and no one there to support you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

AdScale has completely lost my trust over a marginal financial mistake. I have uninstalled the app and strongly advise others to be extremely careful. During my onboarding session, an AdScale agent demonstrated how to set up a Meta campaign but pushed it live entirely without my approval. This error resulted in unauthorized ad spend being charged to my account. When I contacted support, they acknowledged the situation but refused to refund the money, hiding behind the fact that the actual billing went through Meta. Even though the mistake was exclusively triggered by their agent on their platform, they refused to take true financial responsibility for their error. If a platform's onboarding process can spend your money without your consent, and the company won't reimburse you for their own mistake, they cannot be trusted. I have uninstalled the app and strongly advise others to be extremely careful.

I don't know how to describe my feelings.. I am so happy that I can't express it.. At first, I was angry because when a problem happened, I didn't find a direct response from support and I discovered that the matter was related to the country's seasonal holidays... Another thing, I hope that anyone using the app pays attention to their personal mistakes while creating ads... More changes... more edits... creating new ads affects the ads negatively in general, and instead of taking a short time for approval and review, with many edits it will take longer.. In fact, the app is absolutely wonderful.. Catalog ads, images, and videos work perfectly.. One of the best apps I have used so far.. I recommend everyone work with them because they are truly wonderful in dealing with people and have very high morals. I don't even know why I was angry.. Thank you very much, I wish you success, and may we always succeed through you.

So far so good! We had a large option of products and Katlyn was a massive help. We are 2 weeks in and have seen more results from our ads then when we had someone else running them. Excited to see how sales expand over the coming months.

Where do I start. First off ROAS is crazy, never seen anything like it. Second and actually the real reason UI love it - NICOLE, what a legend. Best support I've ever had on any app. She's in the chat, I feel like I know her. We had our meta account disabled (weird annoying reason) and Nicole ot our ai ads back up and running in no time, she's incredible. I'd poach her if I could. She makes it! (only 4 stars because there's a couple of tiny glitches in the software I don't love)

The on boarding call with Daniel went great and he was very thorough with explaining how the dashboard works and the difference is between ad scale and ad scale plus. Katlyn offered a follow up call to show me the differences between the AI budget group and custom budget groups, which was very helpful. I am only in my third day of allowing the AI to completely run all of the ads which include carousel ads on Meta, as well as a performance max and brand campaign on Google. It has been really interesting to see the budget shifts each day as it is prioritizing not only how much to spend, but when to spend the money based on store metrics. I am testing a pretty aggressive starting budget during the 14 day free trial. After learning about some of the creative control that I have within custom budget groups, as well as learning about adding additional assets to the performance, max campaign, I am curious to see how the 14 day test will perform. I have been burned by several ad agencies in the past that cost significantly more and are not able to update my budgets and bid strategies in real time around the clock. This does give me hope that over the next couple of weeks that we will start seeing some optimization and better performance. It is unrealistic to expect that any advertisements will just perform amazingly right out of the gate as Meta and Google are machine learning platforms that require data to optimize. I’ll come back and provide an update in 2 weeks!

We have been advertising on META and Google for years now, our costs continued to rise and our OLD advertising agency simply would explain that we needed new creatives and to increase the budget..."advertising is getting more competitive but let's just test more"...with our money of course. I knew our business deserved a change! We joined AdScale initially with another business we own and were impressed, but without testing this change first I wasn't willing to switch both of our businesses...What a mistake not to switch earlier. AdScale has delivered well beyond our expectations. Our ROAS is up, our CPA is down, our budget is steady, and the same "old creatives" are still working. I wish I would have switched earlier! When we first signed up we were assigned an account representative to work on our account and help us grow. I was leery that they wouldn't understand our market but boy was I wrong. Kseniya jumped in and learned our business, our strategy, our customers, and has become a major part of our business. I can trust her to understand what our goals are, our audience, and our concerns. She get's it! We meet twice a month to discuss the account but I can, and have, reached out via email and get a quick reply. If she doesn't know the answer (which is rare), she has a team of people with AdScale that jump right in and fix anything that META or Google might throw in our path. If you are looking for a GREAT service, with real people, to help grow your business, work together for a common goal, and benefit from the use of AI to maximize sales while minimizing spend, you have found the right company! I don't recommend very many businesses as most are average and underdeliver, but AdScale has hit it out of the park. We have been in business for nearly 30 years and with AdScale on our side, helping grow our social, I am confident we will be in business for another 30 years. Don't wait, you won't regret it for a second!

Pretty impressive. I got into agencies who charged literally thousands of euros per month for bad results. Now I can make collection based ads, caroussels, branding and awareness campaings; everything under one roof with a few clicks (and I don't know a single thing about the backend of Meta). This works like a charm and I feel confident enough to be my own marketeer instead of commercial agencies who like to scare you with vocabulary and doomsday scenarios.
