Hello, I just want to share my honest feedback. Their support team takes too long to reply in the chat, and the assistant is not helpful at all. They created one search ad, but the keywords they used are not even ranking or relevant. In my Max campaign, I personally added all the headlines, descriptions, pictures, and even the video — so what exactly are they doing? They told me I have to wait almost 90 days for the best results. But if I run ads directly on Google, Google’s own AI also optimizes over time — so what’s the real power of their AI? Even my ad strength shows as “poor,” and no one contacted me to help improve it. I’m still in the trial period, otherwise I would have already lost my money. Honestly, I suggest that if you already know how to run ads yourself, don’t expect much from them. They just say “our AI will take data and improve,” but in reality, it works the same as Google’s AI.

I just signed up a week ago and I am impressed by the Adscale system so far. This platform has gotten me much better results than an agency was able to do. I had a meeting with Idan and he walked me through optimization and reviewed my ads. He gave me great tips and let me know I was on the right path. Thank you Idan! My only suggestion is for Adscale to make many more videos for people to watch about best practices and optimizing the ads. You have one video that gives basic advice set up but we need more explainer videos.

Amazingly, we have been able to see growth in our e-commerce by working with Adscale and their optimization tools while reducing our overall ad spend. I WAS using an independent social media manager, it was working well but my costs keep on going up and they would just tell me it was due to creative fatigue and other excuses. I would send in new images and it was always the same excuse.. "we need more budget to test." I was tired of it and needed a change! I found AdScale and WOW, what a difference. From the first zoom meeting their knowledge and follow thru have been everything I can ask for. As advertised, my costs went down substantially while my ROAS and purchases went up. I was expecting a slight decrease in sales during the transition but that didn't happen. Their AI and personal help (white glove service) have taken this task off of my plate and put it into a trusted partner. I have been working with Kseniya for only 2 months now but she immediately understood my business, my products, and my goals. While I am confident that any of their employee's would do well, I truly feel fortunate to have been matched with Kseniya, in fact so much so that I am going to bring another of our businesses to AdScale and hopefully Kseniya. It is hard as a business owner to give up control or trust a service for what they claim....that is not the case with AdScale. If you are considering a new ad service for Meta and Google, I can't recommend their services enough. I am delighted with how well their services have done exactly what they promise. I installed the app and paid for a few months without using it. In April, I decided it was time to either cancel the service or finally start using it — and I’m glad I chose the latter. The Facebook advertising campaigns have been highly successful. In the first month, we achieved a ROAS of 2,345%. By August, it averaged 1,413%, but over a period of less than four months, we generated over one million in additional revenue at a cost of only 74,800. Getting started was surprisingly easy. AdScale offers a free onboarding session, and every support request we’ve made has been answered quickly and professionally (special thanks to Nicole). We highly recommend the AdScale app to any business looking to scale their advertising effectively.

A Game Changing App! (for me) I absolutely love AdScale, it finally gives me full control over my marketing I can see exactly which campaign is working, on which platform, and all the data is just one click away. No more waiting for a marketer to summarize things, everything is right there, clear and organized. The app itself is super user-friendly, and as someone who’s a total “control freak” and “report addict” - this is pure heaven for me.
