We have had a very disappointing experience with AdScale. Due to a hack/security issue connected with AdScale, our Google Ads account has been suspended since 21 April 2026, and our ads have not been active since then. Because of this breach, a fraudulent company spent around $1,000 through our account, and we are now being made to pay for it. This happened because AdScale’s server was hacked, yet we have not received proper support or accountability from their team. This has seriously affected our business, but the support from AdScale has been extremely poor. We requested a Google Meet twice to discuss the issue and understand what could be done, but they did not arrange a meeting or provide proper hands-on help. Instead, we were left to deal with the problem on our own. We expect AdScale may try to make excuses for this, but we have the full email trail to prove our repeated requests for help and the lack of proper support from their team. For an issue this serious, especially when it impacts ad accounts, business revenue, and causes fraudulent charges, we expected much better communication, accountability, and urgency. Unfortunately, we felt completely unsupported during the entire process. I would not recommend this app unless their support and response to critical issues improves significantly.
