AdScale AI Ads Meta/Google Ads

AdScale has been great for me to get started with Meta ads. I have not got the time to figure out the complicated Meta platform and AdScale's is much easier to use. It's easy to set up campaigns and analyse performance. Special shoutout to Nicole for going above and beyond helping me to get started successfully. Great support which is much needed when you're starting to increase your marketing spends.

This App is not just a huge timesaver, it's an insight into my business I never had before which is proving to be an incredible value on its own. As a very busy small business owner the Adwords & FB interfaces were so intimidating that I would often just get the basics covered but not really dig in. AdScale allows me to actually take a deep dive into the specific performance on a per product basis in such an easy to understand way. The team is also very well versed and makes me feel like I have the power of an ad agency performance without being oversold or overpromised on performance.

First of all, I must say that I am extremely satisfied with my work with the software. It serves my needs and helps me reach a vast audience without having to work with an advertising agency that would require daily management. I have been using the system for several months, and my sales have increased significantly. This is the best app I have used for FB, IG, and Google. I have used other apps in the past in which the customer service reps rope you into purchasing a monthly contract and then offer zero support for setup and/or have problems with the Meta channel and keep charging you regardless. I had gotten burned so badly by another company that I was a little leary to try something else, but I am SO glad I did. I was immediately greeted with an email and was able to set up a call with Nicole for two days after I had signed on to the service. Nicole went above and beyond for me because I had told her about what had happened to my sales and the problems I had with the previous company. I am well versed in ad spend and also the learning phases of ads, but even with that, I got sales right away. I can not recommend this company higher. If I could give more stars I would. Great support from Rafael to get started with using AdScale with Shopify for our ads. It is still very new to us so will give it a few more weeks to see the results but for now I can give 5 star for the support we received to get started.

So far, this has been extremely helpful in simplifying our advertising. The reason we chose to use Shopify in the first place was the marketplace of useful apps. Unfortunately, the apps related to Advertising didn't really seem to be effective for us, so we learned to advertise via the native platforms (i.e. FB/IG, Google, etc.). Then, they kept changing and we couldn't keep up. Glad to have found AdScale, as they make it easy to stay current with your advertising. What I wasn't expecting was the Business Intelligence and Analytics that they provide. That is as helpful as the advertising platform itself. And lastly, the support has been very helpful in both understanding and optimizing the limited budgets that we're starting out with. Once we have figured out how to best use the system, we'll definitely move forward as their name suggests and SCALE! :)
