I WAS using an independent social media manager, it was working well but my costs keep on going up and they would just tell me it was due to creative fatigue and other excuses. I would send in new images and it was always the same excuse.. "we need more budget to test." I was tired of it and needed a change! I found AdScale and WOW, what a difference. From the first zoom meeting their knowledge and follow thru have been everything I can ask for. As advertised, my costs went down substantially while my ROAS and purchases went up. I was expecting a slight decrease in sales during the transition but that didn't happen. Their AI and personal help (white glove service) have taken this task off of my plate and put it into a trusted partner. I have been working with Kseniya for only 2 months now but she immediately understood my business, my products, and my goals. While I am confident that any of their employee's would do well, I truly feel fortunate to have been matched with Kseniya, in fact so much so that I am going to bring another of our businesses to AdScale and hopefully Kseniya. It is hard as a business owner to give up control or trust a service for what they claim....that is not the case with AdScale. If you are considering a new ad service for Meta and Google, I can't recommend their services enough. I am delighted with how well their services have done exactly what they promise. I installed the app and paid for a few months without using it. In April, I decided it was time to either cancel the service or finally start using it — and I’m glad I chose the latter. The Facebook advertising campaigns have been highly successful. In the first month, we achieved a ROAS of 2,345%. By August, it averaged 1,413%, but over a period of less than four months, we generated over one million in additional revenue at a cost of only 74,800. Getting started was surprisingly easy. AdScale offers a free onboarding session, and every support request we’ve made has been answered quickly and professionally (special thanks to Nicole). We highly recommend the AdScale app to any business looking to scale their advertising effectively.

A Game Changing App! (for me) I absolutely love AdScale, it finally gives me full control over my marketing I can see exactly which campaign is working, on which platform, and all the data is just one click away. No more waiting for a marketer to summarize things, everything is right there, clear and organized. The app itself is super user-friendly, and as someone who’s a total “control freak” and “report addict” - this is pure heaven for me.

Sign up for a year as it's cheaper and enjoy great customer service! Idan and Nicole have been very helpful helping me to navigate budget and best practices. I have already seen an uptick in traffic to my site.

From the first call, he was super clear, patient, and genuinely helpful. It wasn’t just a generic walkthrough — he took the time to understand my setup, asked the right questions, and helped tailor everything around my actual goals for Meta and Google Ads. What I really appreciated was that he made complex stuff feel simple. No jargon overload, just straight-up practical guidance. We have been totally impressed by AdScale and the kind, effective, and accurate advice from Nicole, who onboarded our small art gallery business seamlessly. Previously, our ROAS was around 250% working directly on Google, and we had no idea how Meta was performing. Now, with AdScale, we have reached a ROAS of 664% in just the last week. AdScale does not and cannot take ownership of your domain. Only you, as the business owner, have the ability to verify domain ownership with Meta (Facebook). Meta provides the tools to verify your domain and shows which Business Manager currently holds it. When you granted us access, it was specifically to your Business Manager — not to your personal assets or any other business. Therefore, even if our system interacts with the domain (e.g., attempting verification), it would only be within your own Business Manager, under your full control. As you’ve seen, this is clearly not the case. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding around how Meta’s domain verification process works. We’re here to help explain it and guide you through, but this is not something we control. We completely understand your frustration, but leaving a 1-star review for something outside of our responsibility doesn't reflect the service we strive to provide.
