We've been using AdScale for our 3D printed card stand business and have seen really positive results. The team has been fantastic - Nicole and Idan have given us great personal assistance and have been super responsive whenever we've had questions. AdScale's AI automation has made managing our ads much easier, and much more cost effective. The combination of good technology and knowledgeable support makes it easy to recommend to other businesses looking to improve their advertising. It's been a solid investment that's helped us scale our advertising efforts. We can definitely recommend using AdScale for your business as well.

I’ve had a great experience working with Adscale so far. Nicole has been incredibly helpful in guiding me through the ins and outs of Google Ads. She took the time to explain things clearly and made the entire process feel a lot more approachable and manageable. I really appreciate her patience and expertise. Thanks to her and the team at Adscale, I feel much more confident in how we’re setting up and optimizing our campaigns. I'm looking forward to continuing our work together and seeing the results grow!

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify an important point: We work with thousands of clients and apply the same procedures for everyone. AdScale does not and cannot take ownership of your domain. Only you, as the business owner, have the ability to verify domain ownership with Meta (Facebook). Meta provides the tools to verify your domain and shows which Business Manager currently holds it. When you granted us access, it was specifically to your Business Manager — not to your personal assets or any other business. Therefore, even if our system interacts with the domain (e.g., attempting verification), it would only be within your own Business Manager, under your full control. As you’ve seen, this is clearly not the case. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding around how Meta’s domain verification process works. We’re here to help explain it and guide you through, but this is not something we control. We completely understand your frustration, but leaving a 1-star review for something outside of our responsibility doesn't reflect the service we strive to provide. Nicole was amazing and very helpful from the beginning to the end of our trial period. We unfortunately had to make a business decision to pause implementing adscale full time for our company for now, but definitely will be re-visiting using this AI software later down the track. This tool would be gamechanger for any business that has no experience or a lot of experience in paid media buying. Makes running ads simple!

Our sales and ROAS have greatly improved with Adscale and its cheaper than other manual agencies we have used in the past, on top of the much better performance. Kseniya is great to work with and always on top of our account, would HIGHLY recommend making the switch over to them!

I HATE it when people write reviews before they have actually used an app. (Hello folks! It's totally not helpful when you do that!) So, after 6 weeks of using Adscale at this point, I can truly say that this app and the people behind it are incredible. The app itself works well and is already making me $, and I feel like I'm just getting started in terms of understanding all it can do and getting things optimized. Also, the customer service/support with Adscale has been exceptional. (And I don't hand out compliments like that unless they are earned.) When I first signed up for Adscale, I was contacted within a few hours with offers of help to get set up. I want to give a special shout out to Nicole, who has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful as she has answered all my questions and helped me get everything dialed in. I've had my store on Shopify for over 10 years now, and I have never before used an app that has actually done what it promised to do, was affordable, and had amazing support all in one place. I expect to have a long and wonderful relationship with Adscale. <3

In the short time we have been utilizing AdScale's tools, we have begun to see forward motion in our visibility to consumers. Natalie Bondorowsky's support had been instrumental in our understanding who AdScale was, the services they provide, how to navigate their software, and offering her guidance and expertise to further support us to thrive through their platform. The app is easy to use and navigate which is allowing us to further explore our options towards organizing and maximizing our advertising potential!

We are just getting started with AdScale, so unfortunately I cannot comment on the performance yet. But - the onboarding proces has been super smooth and you're definitely getting the assistance you need. Customer Service is top notch, big shout out to Natalie! You are amazing.
