AdScale AI Ads Meta/Google Ads

We used ADscale for a few days, and while we encountered some initial issues, we were quickly and efficiently assisted (thanks to Nicole!). The program is user-friendly, with useful features like targeting people who’ve purchased recently, allowing you to re-engage them and drive repeat purchases. The system worked well, and we were impressed with its capabilities. However, for us, the cost was too high. Since we have a high ad spend, this translated into significant monthly fees. On top of that, email and SMS campaigns are not included in the regular subscription and require additional payments. This was the primary reason we decided to stop using ADscale for now. That said, if our business grows and we have more resources to invest, we would definitely consider coming back and using the platform more comprehensively!

Natalie was amazing in detailing out explanations to my questions. I'm a total newbie and she made the transition to adscale very easy. On top of that she responded quite fast even on Christmas Eve/Day! I was not expecting that. It's still early stages of using the APP so I can't comment on that right now, only on the super awesome customer experience. thanks

We've been testing this app for over six months. I won't go into too much detail; if your ads are already doing well, there's no need for this app to improve them. Find a dog shelter, donate $200 a month, and God will help you even more.

Mijn ervaring met Adscale is ronduit teleurstellend. Vanaf het begin had ik problemen met de koppeling van mijn Shopify winkel. Ondanks meerdere pogingen om hulp te krijgen, was telefonisch contact niet mogelijk. Pas nadat ik een slechte review had geplaatst, werd ik benaderd door meerdere supportmedewerkers. Ze boden aan mij te helpen, de trialperiode met 2 maanden te verlengen en 2 maanden beheerondersteuning te bieden, op verzoek dat ik mijn slechte review zou verwijderen. Het is jammer dat ik eerst een slechte beoordeling moest schrijven om serieus genomen te worden. Als klant verwacht ik gewoon tijdige en goede hulp, zonder dat ik mijn frustraties publiekelijk hoef te uiten. Hoewel de koppeling na veel moeite eindelijk werkte, ben ik absoluut niet tevreden over de app zelf. Het programma is ingewikkeld, onoverzichtelijk en verre van gebruiksvriendelijk. Zelfs het maken van een eenvoudige remarketingcampagne bleek een frustrerende en onduidelijke ervaring. Het aanmaken en beheren van campagnes en advertentiegroepen in het algemeen is verwarrend en tijdrovend. Daarnaast merkte ik tot mijn schrik dat campagnes die ik had uitgeschakeld, na een tijd vanzelf weer geactiveerd werden. Dit gebeurde meerdere keren. Gelukkig zag ik het op tijd, maar dit soort fouten kan leiden tot onnodige kosten, en dat is onacceptabel. Uiteindelijk kies ik ervoor om mijn campagnes rechtstreeks via Facebook Ads Manager te beheren. Dit is eenvoudiger, overzichtelijker en bovendien gratis. Facebook biedt daarnaast telefonische ondersteuning, wat ik bij Adscale erg mis. Kortom, Adscale is niet de juiste keuze voor mij. Het werkt niet zoals ik verwacht van een professionele tool en het gebrek aan overzicht en gebruiksvriendelijkheid maakt het nog minder aantrekkelijk. Ik raad deze app niet aan

Really robust system, with a lot of features and possibilities, yet easy to setup and even easier to let run and optimize. The support from Nicole has been amazing and a MAJOR help as we got going. Her knowledge of the platform is outstanding and she has been able to easily spot ways that we can improve and get the most out of the system. Thank you!

We have been working with Adscale for past four weeks . We are very happy with result . We have started with Meta ads and now they are doing our google ads . Person that handles our account is great. She is very caring and gives a great feedback . I am very happy working with them .

In about 3 weeks of using this app, and with a background of painful experience with ads on google and meta, our business managed to generate a ROAS of 500%. The way the app connects with Meta and Google, and then reaches the targeted audience, makes it a powerful tool to have. It is not cheap, but it is worth the investment. The other really good thing about the app is the analytics, giving us a powerful insight of the customers, products and the business in general. I haven't tried the new email/sms features, so I can't comment on that.

Excellent solution. At first it may be a little complicated to understand all the solutions the application has, but then we start to see that it is very easy to use. We had great help from Natalie who helped us at a delicate moment in sales with the change of agency we had but today we are satisfied with the results. I cannot recommend this app enough, our businesses (we use it for both) have scaled significantly since we started using it. The platform keeps adding new features as well, we now run our email and SMS campaigns and it makes it so much easier having one interface for our Facebook, PMax and email campaigns. We have had to lean on Nicole, our customer service rep, a bunch out of the gate and she has been amazing with making adjustments to our monthly strategy.
