As a new business owner, I have found AdScale to be incredibly beneficial in my journey of understanding Facebook ads. The presence of a dedicated team to address any inquires is extremely valuable, especially when you are not an IT specialist. Rafael and Nicole have gone above and beyond to assist me with any questions or issues I have had. I highly recommend AdScale if you are looking to start ads.

I think this is the best thing you will do for your business. After going through many advertising companies, what this system provides you is above and beyond. So easy to use Create the most relevant audiences for yourself, or get a recommendation from adscale for the most relevant audience for you. Made our business a converter on several more levels. First of all, I must say that I am extremely satisfied with my work with the software. It serves my needs and helps me reach a vast audience without having to work with an advertising agency that would require daily management. I have been using the system for several months, and my sales have increased significantly. I am reaching new customers, and I am learning about my target audience in a much more accurate way, knowing exactly what they need to see through their eyes. I highly recommend using this system to anyone who wants to do it themselves or work with an intelligent system that can save a lot of time. As you know, time is money, and less time equals more money in your pocket. So do yourself a favor, give it a try. Just give it a chance :)

This is the best app I have used for FB, IG, and Google. I have used other apps in the past in which the customer service reps rope you into purchasing a monthly contract and then offer zero support for setup and/or have problems with the Meta channel and keep charging you regardless. I had gotten burned so badly by another company that I was a little leary to try something else, but I am SO glad I did. I was immediately greeted with an email and was able to set up a call with Nicole for two days after I had signed on to the service. Nicole went above and beyond for me because I had told her about what had happened to my sales and the problems I had with the previous company. I am well versed in ad spend and also the learning phases of ads, but even with that, I got sales right away. I can not recommend this company higher. If I could give more stars I would. Great support from Rafael to get started with using AdScale with Shopify for our ads. It is still very new to us so will give it a few more weeks to see the results but for now I can give 5 star for the support we received to get started.

One of the most straightforward onboarding processes I've ever had. Adscale's software creates all your Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads as per your specifications within a matter of minutes. After that, it's just about conversions that again, between Rafael's weekly calls and the app's AI algorithm have you feeling very comfortable your ads are in the best of form.

I've been using ADSCALE for the past 4 months. From day to day I get better results for my campaign. I do recommend having their one-on-one support at least for the beginning. Nadav who is my support representative, is great. Available for any question any time.

I love this company and especially Rafael! He treats me just like family and treats my online store just like his own. I always feel very comfortable dealing with him and I feel that I will be with this company til the day I die . I’ve dealt with over 10 different marketing agencies in the past 8 years and always had the same outcome where everyone tries to take advantage of you and make you spend the most money and waste your money. So far, this has been extremely helpful in simplifying our advertising. The reason we chose to use Shopify in the first place was the marketplace of useful apps. Unfortunately, the apps related to Advertising didn't really seem to be effective for us, so we learned to advertise via the native platforms (i.e. FB/IG, Google, etc.). Then, they kept changing and we couldn't keep up. Glad to have found AdScale, as they make it easy to stay current with your advertising. What I wasn't expecting was the Business Intelligence and Analytics that they provide. That is as helpful as the advertising platform itself. And lastly, the support has been very helpful in both understanding and optimizing the limited budgets that we're starting out with. Once we have figured out how to best use the system, we'll definitely move forward as their name suggests and SCALE! :)
