Although this has been a great app in the past — the support has gone downhill recently. Not sure why or what's happened. Our most recent support request took 8 days before we got an email response. The problem still seems to persist. All the collections set up with Advanced Collections have the SYNC button greyed out — has been like that for days. They are supposedly queued for syncing. There's been no changes, seems like a frozen process or something. I hope they get this fixed soon, and the devs pick up on their support which was much better in the past.

This app is now running really slow - taking over a week for some collections to sync and no reply from support. A shame when it was previously a good app which worked well for us.

this app is must use to organize our collections since we have a lot of products. plus, their support is always spot on and very helpful.

We have a large Shopify store and this app just takes ages and ages to even load. Waiting for an hour+ just for the app to load is obviously a deal breaker. We quickly uninstalled the app.
Apologies for the frustration. If you have a large Shopify store, it does take a while to load as the app has to loop through every product to get all the product tags / types etc for you to select in the interface, and we are limited to 250 products per request using the Shopify API, and a limit to a number of requests per second depending on your plan. However once it's loaded, it's cached in your browser (if you are not in incognito mode or using Safari which does not support it) and you do not have to wait again unless the cache is cleared, or if you have to refresh the selection lists.
