This app never works!

This app does what no other app can do and allow you to use a variety of helpful conditions to create dynamic collections. What was particularly useful to us is the ability to exclude products where Price is lower than Compare at Price (i.e., the item is on sale) to build collections used by discounts. The UI gives a lot of other useful and intuitive enhanced logic options for dynamic collections! We did run into the same issue that others have mentioned where the sync was not running, but upon contacting support they got it fixed quickly. So overall highly recommend this app!

Good app, but customer vanishing. Very very bad

Although this has been a great app in the past — the support has gone downhill recently. Not sure why or what's happened. Our most recent support request took 8 days before we got an email response. The problem still seems to persist. All the collections set up with Advanced Collections have the SYNC button greyed out — has been like that for days. They are supposedly queued for syncing. There's been no changes, seems like a frozen process or something. I hope they get this fixed soon, and the devs pick up on their support which was much better in the past.

This app is now running really slow - taking over a week for some collections to sync and no reply from support. A shame when it was previously a good app which worked well for us.

this app is must use to organize our collections since we have a lot of products. plus, their support is always spot on and very helpful.

We have a large Shopify store and this app just takes ages and ages to even load. Waiting for an hour+ just for the app to load is obviously a deal breaker. We quickly uninstalled the app.

Takes a little long to load all your products, but I do have over 50K unique products on my website. For the price, it does what it needs to easily. Not only can you organize your collections with newest added product (not just newest published), you can push down out of stock items. I had 2 different apps doing these things for the same price. This app is saving me a couple of dollars for being able to do both. Also the layout is much more simple to use over the others. I do think the pricing structure is odd, as we have quite a lot of product and don't need anything above shopify basic at this point. But with shopify basic, its worth it.

We use this app to create complex sub-collections that would otherwise require us to import a lot of tags into our products. While importing tons of tags on the fly can be a good option if you are only using a simple Shopify store, it is not a very good option when working with more complex ERP connections. Support is great. We only had to contact them once and the issue was on our end for not seeing the "refresh cache" button.

We needed this app to help us include/exclude certain collections from a larger collection, as well as sorting sold items to the bottom of each collection. The app worked perfectly and was exactly what we needed. We did run into one small issue, but support was amazing! They helped us to get the issues fixed and gave us a few tips to make the app run smoother. We cannot thank them enough! If you need an app that will give you more control over your collections, this is it! Add to that an amazing support team that is more than willing to help you, and that's just icing on the cake! We are using the app to make more complex collections, including a dynamic new products collection that is based off a date duration. The app developer helped me right away with a few setup questions/options. They were very responsive and knowledgeable.

Excellent app. Offers better functionality to automate collections, more fields, conditions, filtering, etc. Also excellent customer service!

This app really helped me to structure my collections better and to include or exclude all necessary products. The additional sorting feature is killer and made a great uplift in our shop! Great work! Can only recommend.

This app is a MUST have for any ecom shop. It is so much better than the native Shopify collection management. With this app, it will create collections that exclude products with certain tags. It has can include or exclude so many different options and has ALL the operators that Shopify does not have. The company has been very responsive to support and enhancement requests. This seriously should be the number one Shopify app in the store. EVERYONE needs this!

This is exactly what I needed to limit discount codes to non-sale items. Very simple solution for my problem. Thank you.

This is a brilliant app that performs a function that Shopify doesn't - excluding products from automatic collections by their product tag. We've been searching for an app that does this for a long time and we're so grateful that this app has been created. It's extremely easy to use and does what it says it will. 5 stars. Thanks!
