Swimwear World review for Advanced Collections

Although this has been a great app in the past — the support has gone downhill recently. Not sure why or what's happened. Our most recent support request took 8 days before we got an email response. The problem still seems to persist. All the collections set up with Advanced Collections have the SYNC button greyed out — has been like that for days. They are supposedly queued for syncing. There's been no changes, seems like a frozen process or something. I hope they get this fixed soon, and the devs pick up on their support which was much better in the past.
