Its reliable and the Support team is fast to respond. They collaborated with our Developer when a Shopify Update caused problems. The app could have some more options in terms of UX to help differentiate different components / Elements in it's admin layout but does the basic Job well.

Good app. Support is quick to respond. Has a good feature app, probably the best Advanced Custom Fields app, simple to use.

It does what it's supposed to do, but it's an "extra layer" that makes product management quite tedious, especially when combined with a translation app. I wish the layout were more compact and closer to the Shopify look and feel and more intuitive. Overall a good app, but when possible, build your store in a way you will not require extra field.

This app allowed me to have each product description split between the Description tab and the field just below the price - exactly what I wanted! The developer also provides excellent support. Thank you!

This app is incredibly powerful, especially if you know your way around metafields and a bit of coding or have access to a developer. David and his team is extremely helpful and we've been able to do more with this app than I even realized was possible. Check it out!

Very Bad! App dashboard not loading.I have try many time but load any more. Just useless this app is.

This app is of great help to update product pages and add elements to your content that don't come out of the box with Shopify.

Our developers have this app set up for our store so we can make specialized adjustments to our product listings - it's a great add-on for stores looking to have additional features such as up-sells/related products, additional product information sections, and etc. I recently reached out with a suggestion for a UX improvement that I felt would greatly help user ease and they were quick to respond, and even took my suggestion seriously and added the feature that same day!

I'm pretty sure most of these reviews are fake, since they seem to have tons of people someplace in Asia doing their amateur support (probably writing all the reviews as well). The tab edits are not being saved and I've been trying to fix this one problem for over a week already. Horrible technical support, amateurs, now are offering to work for $30 per hour. They're reply: "Sorry, ACF only supports you to manage meta fields (data in the backend). About theme display, please contact your theme developer to fix how it displays. I see you 3 text custom fields for your tabs. You may change it to HTML fields for easy custom content for better layout results. We may help you change it with a custom task fee for the theme customization. It will take about 2 hours to do. Total cost: $60. If you want to do it, please let me know, I will process it."
First of all, very sorry to you for the bad experience. Your requirement isn't the app's feature, it's a theme customization request. So, we should charge for any customization theme requests as an expert task.

we use this application to assist in adding PDF instructions, secondary titles, and video links. Im sure over time we will utilise this app alot more. I would also just like to say the development team dubbed "the A Team" really excells in their customer service, always able to promptly assist and often rectify any issues i run into. Highly recommend this company for both apps and shopify themes.

Once I wrapped my head around how this app works and what it can do - I am in awe of the power of it. Using Custom fields to regulate what can be populated into meta fields is what I am using this for, and should greatly stream line and reduce errors when creating products. I am not even sure if that is what you should be using this for as I am a novice, but its working great for me so far. I have not even started using it for other aspects of the store yet, but will check them out soon. THANK you for this app.
