This app is incredibly powerful, especially if you know your way around metafields and a bit of coding or have access to a developer. David and his team is extremely helpful and we've been able to do more with this app than I even realized was possible. Check it out!

Here's my story. Been using this app for the last 2 months. The store is in the dev stage. About to go live. The app suddenly changed it's plan and immediately the freeplan I was using changed and the app became unusable. They changed the export/import paid suddenly without any notice and everyone who was using this feature and this plan affected including me. I rated this app 1 star at that time. They told me that they will give me 6 months free for removing the 1-star review. And I did remove the 1-star review. Now, they removed this app from the Indian store. So, the app became incompatible for my shopify store. Is this a joke? Suddenly the app becomes unavailable for any market? Is this how Shopify and the app behaves? What would happen if this happens to all other apps? Is Shopify a reliable platform for e-commerce development? Are you sure?

I'm not really in a position to rate the app is I'm still unsure why our developer added it to our site. However, I can rate the service and for that I give a 5 Star. David was incredibly fast, patient and supportive and I really couldn't have asked for much more from a service perspective.

Our developers have this app set up for our store so we can make specialized adjustments to our product listings - it's a great add-on for stores looking to have additional features such as up-sells/related products, additional product information sections, and etc. I recently reached out with a suggestion for a UX improvement that I felt would greatly help user ease and they were quick to respond, and even took my suggestion seriously and added the feature that same day!

I'm pretty sure most of these reviews are fake, since they seem to have tons of people someplace in Asia doing their amateur support (probably writing all the reviews as well). The tab edits are not being saved and I've been trying to fix this one problem for over a week already. Horrible technical support, amateurs, now are offering to work for $30 per hour. They're reply: "Sorry, ACF only supports you to manage meta fields (data in the backend). About theme display, please contact your theme developer to fix how it displays. I see you 3 text custom fields for your tabs. You may change it to HTML fields for easy custom content for better layout results. We may help you change it with a custom task fee for the theme customization. It will take about 2 hours to do. Total cost: $60. If you want to do it, please let me know, I will process it."

First of all, very sorry to you for the bad experience. Your requirement isn't the app's feature, it's a theme customization request. So, we should charge for any customization theme requests as an expert task.

we use this application to assist in adding PDF instructions, secondary titles, and video links. Im sure over time we will utilise this app alot more. I would also just like to say the development team dubbed "the A Team" really excells in their customer service, always able to promptly assist and often rectify any issues i run into. Highly recommend this company for both apps and shopify themes.

I must correct myself (regarding my previous review -below-): I found out that if I successfully create a field set and I publish it, it works as advertised, in fact it looks great and although is a little complicated and not too UX friendly, it does the job very well. But the code I introduced in my product liquid template went missing, like it was erased, and that caused my fields to disappear form mu published site. I tried to repeat that event just to prove my thesis but I haven’t been able to. I'm 100% positive that code went missing without my intervention. I’m bumping it to 4 stars (not 5 because I’m not certain it won’t happen again and reliability is a big factor for me). Original review: If you want to see how it might look if it actually worked, then go ahead and install this app. I installed it a couple of days ago and after lots of hour of work it looked very nice, but today is just not showing none of my fields on my online store. They just won’t answer via human support, they just send some robot replies saying "read this", "go there", "create an account", "wait for a ticket" and all that runaround. It's a shame cus it really did what I was looking for. I'm sure they want me to follow a support protocol, but after crashing as it did, I don't think it worth the shot.

RETALIATING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BEWARE We ran into an issue with a custom field, where the content we placed in their app would change in the front end. When asked for support with detailed information about the issue, this was the response from their "Customer Success Specialist": We don't offer service to debug any issue from your custom code because there are a lot of tickets we should handle daily. " It is worth noting, our code was not "custom" was just the implementation of the app's functionalities. When asked to take a closer look at our original email, they dismissed it again. Good app, horrible customer support. ** Update: The app retaliated to the above review by blocking our already configured content in the app. When we reach out to them about the issue, this was their response. "Thank you for your interest in our application. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to further help. We’ve learned that aspects of your business model do not agree with our company mission, but we’ve included a list of providers we recommend" David Hoang / When confronted about this being a retaliation. This was their response: "Sorry, we have to refuse to provide this service to you. it’s not problem with your review. It’s only because we can’t meet your expectation about service. Hope you sympathize" It is clear here, as much as they want to try to hide it, that it is all about the review. Any app that highjacks your site because you were not happy with their customer service should not be part of the community. Or should users be afraid of apps blocking them based on reviews?

Once I wrapped my head around how this app works and what it can do - I am in awe of the power of it. Using Custom fields to regulate what can be populated into meta fields is what I am using this for, and should greatly stream line and reduce errors when creating products. I am not even sure if that is what you should be using this for as I am a novice, but its working great for me so far. I have not even started using it for other aspects of the store yet, but will check them out soon. THANK you for this app.

This is the best app I have used for Shopify. This really expands what you can do with Shopify. Their support staff is also the best. They are quick to respond and go above and beyond in their responses.
