A lot of really good functionality has been added recently. We have been using for 3 years as it was the only app which met our requirements. Its not always been perfect but support is brilliant and some really good new additions to start using. Update shortly after the new version Really quite frustrated with this whole situation. New version released and we had access to calculations, the support team even helped me set up formulas. Only just realised they are not working, and now this feature has been stripped from my plan and added to a plan that is double to rate. I wasnt even informed about this... its taken a live customer to point this out, wow how professional. There have been so many bugs where i have had to re-do 100's of product rules and i cant prove that its happened or re-create it so i simply have to re do it all. Their customer service are quick to respond but this renmoval of functionality and breaking the logic on my live website without telling me is the last straw
