We are very satisfied with the app because it allows us to offer our customers the option to order custom sizes for our products. We had a connection issue that was causing an error on our website. The support team continued to work on it until it was fixed. They were supportive and friendly the entire time. Once we got it fixed, things were working beautifully and we received an order on our site right away!
