Excellent service & product. the best by far for complex and proffesional site.

The interface is simple and easy to understand. I've been using it for almost two years, and whenever I need to optimize it, I discuss it with them. If the suggestions are reasonable, their team will have engineers try them out, and so far the results have been excellent, making my shopping experience and the backend shipping process increasingly complete. We have been using APO Product Options for years now and whilst it can sometimes be challenging to accomodate specialised options in products but APO is a real game-changer. For us what sets it apart is the excellent and very rapid support. No issue is too small and they are always happy to help! We can't recommend them highly enough.

Solid app, and the reason I would recommend it is the team behind it. Support is always there and answers almost instantly, including on setup questions that were really our architecture rather than their bug. The app itself lifts the native variant limits and lets us apply option sets across the whole catalogue, which is the only practical way to run made-to-order at scale.

We've been using this app for a couple of years now. Does everything that it says on the box. But, the killer feature here isn't the app - its the support team. I've always been able to find a way to solve the problem or work around it if the app doesn't have the specific feature I need.

We have only been using APO Product Options for a short amount of time, but we cannot believe how easy the app is to use with our Shopify store and how great the customer service has been! Todos que pesquiso a 4 anos tem alguma limitação para o meu modelo de negócio e por isso éramos limitados a atendimento humanizado e via WhastApp. Além de ser fácil construir a personalização dos produtos. Em outra plataforma não conseguir expor a ideia do negócio por conta dessa limitação de app para personalização que funcionasse pra loja, por isso, transferir para plataforma da Shopify A APO product options possibilitou que a ideia fosse viabilizada de forma online, por site e não somente através de atendimento humanizado, apesar de ainda estarmos em um processo de educação dos leads para concentrar os pedidos no site.

Good customer support is hard to find these days with Shopify apps, but Mageworx delivers. This app is amazing and the support is amazing.
