I think I have been using APO since almost the very beginning. I have a unique storefront that has a ton of variations, as well as customizations. The developers behind this app are amazing. They are always willing to help or even customize options based on what you need and are looking for. I left APO for a couple months while redesigning my website because I wanted to see what else was out there. I tried a company that has been around for a while that offers reporting on product options but I quickly learned that I was giving up an important aspect that APO allows which was the ability to work hand in hand with Wholesale Gorilla to manage my wholesale customers. Now if only they will start adding in the reporting features ;) Thank you all so much! And shoutout to Maggie for always helping me!

After months of struggling with another product options app that constantly caused headaches with options spontaneously disappearing from our sets, conditions that would constantly break and support that would not resolve open issues, we finally made the switch to Mageworx Advanced Product Options - and we honestly wish we'd done it sooner. The difference is night and day. Our previous solution was clunky, unreliable, and felt like we were always working around its limitations rather than getting things done. Options, sets, and conditions were each in separate silos for a product; Mageworx APO is the complete opposite. The platform is rock solid - no unexpected glitches, no conflicts, no drama. It just works, every single time. What really stood out to us is how intuitive everything is. Setting up complex product options that used to take us hours now takes a fraction of the time. The interface is clean, logical, and well thought-out. Even with products as complex as many of our options are with sub-sublevel conditions, we were up and running quickly. But if we had to highlight one thing above everything else, it's the support team. They are genuinely outstanding. Every time we've had a question or needed help with a configuration, the response has been fast, friendly, and actually helpful. They clearly know their product inside and out and go above and beyond to make sure you're sorted.

I had some very specific product options to develop and the app was able to accomodate most of them. The team is REMARKABLY AVAILABLE AND WILLING TO HELP. They even customized the app in the back-end to mee my requirements. I recommend this 100% to every shop that needs products options!!!!

We previously used Mageworx product options on our Magento store and didn't think twice before using it again on our Shopify site. Our site would not be the site it is without these product options. Incredibly easy to setup and deploy. As others have said, the tech support on the few occasions we have needed it, has been fast and concise with figuring out the solution. I cannot thank you enough!
