We launched a new ecommerce site and implemented Advanced Shipping Manager for our rate calculator. ASM is a great tool to apply all the intricacies of a complex shipping operation. We are able to provide accurate shipping quotes to our customers on our new site. Our rep Burt has done an amazing job at handling any/all questions we have had during setup and the ongoing process. We have been using Advanced Shipping manager for over a decade. They are always responsive to any concern we might have and go above and beyond in their assistance. Their app is easy to use and works seamlessly. I highly recommend Dan and his team!

The quality of the app and its flexibility is only surpassed by the amazing customer service. We do very complicated things on this app and from time to time have a question or we create a new situation for ourselves we are unable to resolve on our own, and we get responses from them in minutes not days. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Highly, highly recommend. We've been an Advanced Shipping Manager customer for a decade (previously on another platform) and over that entire time, whenever we've had an issue (we've had very few), Dan and his team have been extremely responsive, helpful, and quick with a solution. On top of great service, the app itself is great. Highly customizable to meet any complex shipping need. If you're considering something else, don't. Try this app first, I'm confident you'll happy you did.

I don’t usually leave reviews for ANYTHING, but both Dan and Burt were absolutely amazing to work with! They fixed my ASM issue quickly and provided excellent customer service throughout the process.
