Advanced Shipping Manager

Extremely satisfied with the product and the service. We were stuck in finding the right solution for our large and bulky inventory and this is exactly what we were looking for. App is ready to use and very well documented. I want to thank Burt, we were up and running within a few hours. Multi box works perfectly, per product shipping, advanced business rules and it supports freight.

Fantastic support and a great product!

This shipping app is the best one I have ever seen. We are able to offer shipping delivery quotes as "get it by" and we can have a lot of customizations that make our customers so happy and they make us so happy! The app developers spent a lot of time helping me learn the system and getting everything right for my store. We are flying along now - love this - you have to get it! Thank you!!!!!

I am amazed!!! I had a serious back end (shipping) issue as I use multiple ship points and my largest problem was the fact that we ship LARGE box antennas and HAD to have a shipping app that would allow dimensional sizing as well as weights and for multiple services. Of course i do not even know probably a tenth of this apps capability as of yet. I have to say the support department is second to NONE. I have had the greatest experience and have to say I am not used to such fantastic support service these days. If you want the BEST, go with this company, Advanced Shipping Manager.

Dealing with a mix of items that require different shipping methods was a problem with no solution until I found Advanced Shipping Manager. This app provides just about any shipping rule for any product going anywhere. The support had been AMAZING. Burt and Dan have held my hand through the entire process and left me with a perfectly working shipping process. Highly recommended - there is nothing out there like it.

Support is great, Burt walked me through the process more than once. New update allows the ASM catalog to automatically link with Shopify, which is great news. All in all, very happy with the app.

This is the most comprehensive shipping app available. As some others have said, it could use a UI overhaul, but it's functionality can't be beat.

I've worked with Kingwebmaster for a few years now. First when we were using Yahoo Stores and now that we are on Shopify. This is the only app I could find that offers customers an expected delivery date calculator at checkout for each shipping method. Which is huge for us since it helps to convert sales. Many of our customers are last minute shoppers or they need their items for a trip. This feature is especially helpful for customers who need to be assured that their next day air or 2nd day air packages will arrive by a certain date. Burt & Dan are super helpful. They've always answered my emails/questions right away. I feel like they really care about my business. Highly recommend!

Support is great and generally quick to reply. Burt and Dan are responsive to questions and getting platform set up. Here is the drawback to this app with Shopify, if you set a free shipping threshold, say $35, and a customer purchases $35 worth of goods and then uses for example a 10% coupon code, the order net drops below the free shipping threshold and customer should pay shipping. ASM does not recognize the discount from Shopify so the app offers free shipping when it should not. They have a field where you can ignore coupons in the app, but does not work for Shopify and AMS says this due to how Shopify sends the info to them. There is a possible workaround they are looking into but not available yet. This is a big deal and can be costly, so hope it gets worked on soon, otherwise may need to look for another solution.

Extremely powerful and customizable. We offer shipping via UPS, Fedex, USPS, LTL, offer free shipping over a certain order total for qualified items, and Shopify wasn't able to offer this level of flexibility out of the box. Thankfully ASM offers all of this and more.

Can't be happier with this App. Its easy to install and support from Burt is wonderful. We have been struggling of finding the best shipping set up solution to fit our needs, this one is by far the BEST!

This app greatly expands the capabilities of Shopify in terms of hierarchical rule-based shipping. Burt is a wonderful account manager, very helpful and responsive! The front-end of this app could definitely use an image overhaul, but it works like a charm!

I have never experienced such great customer service! I had a lot of trouble getting my app set up and going and the integration of my particular shipping methods.. Burt however worked with me every day until the problem was resolved! He went above and beyond to get this app working for my store and as many times as I called him he never sounded frustrated with me. At AmericanBarbell.com, we have an extremely complex shipping setup. We have over 1000 products. Many of these products are shipped via normal ground shipping methods, and many of our items require LTL freight shipping. In addition, we offer free shipping on promotional items, and discounted shipping rates based on what a customer may order. We required a very complicated shipping rule setup and Advanced Shipping Manager has had a solution for every problem we could of possibly dreamed up. KingWebMaster is taking care of my need to ship from 5 different suppliers in 4 different zip codes. Plus they make it possible for some of my products to have free shipping, flat shipping or ship by weight calculating with the carrier I have set. They are always there to help me if I have a questions or issue. KingWebMaster meets my needs, but Shopify needs to find a way to integrate the Advanced Shipping Manager into their platform. Automation would save me a lot of time and brain cells.

This is the only real solution for having full control over your shipping. Shopify carrier calculated rates are extremely limited and for companies with a variety of products of all shapes and sizes it doesn't even come close to getting the job done. We required UPS for some packages, and USPS for others. You can call Advanced Shipping manager at any time and they will walk you through to fix any issues. Depending on how complicated your shipping is, it can be tricky to get everything right, the system is very deep and it needs perfect data at every step to get it right. But it's worth it to have actual control of shipping!
