I admit to being intimidated by the pricing as a small business, and I think that is important to talk about here. But it has turned out to be MORE than worth it. The team is great and very helpful, and the program itself works wonders and is actually SAVING us money! It's wonderful, thank you King Webmaster for all the hard work.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We had a challenging time trying to implement our negotiated rates with Australia Post and ASM was with us every step of the way trying to work it out and get the Australia Post API setup and integrated ASAP (the problem was 100% with Australia Post and their technology). We finally got our somewhat detailed shipping rules implemented and it was an instant relief that we had finally found an app capable to achieving what we were hoping for when it came to shipping charges and having them linked to non-bulky and bulky products which were then charged based on weight and destination. Once shown how, the system is easy to use and top level support is only an email away if ever needed. This was been our best experience to date with any app developer and I cannot recommend this powerful tool more highly. Very, very impressed.

We have a complex multi-vendor drop ship model for our store. Advanced Shipping Manager was recommended to us by our Shopify account manager and was really the solution we needed to solve our drop ship challenges. The system is easy to use and training was exceptional. Very friendly service and willing to help with our questions. If you are going to be using drop shippers from different zip codes from across the US, this app is a must for your shipping needs.

The entire team at Advanced Shipping Manager has been helpful and proactive. I purchased the app over a holiday weekend. I was prepared to wait a few days, but they installed it without hesitation. We have pretty complicated shipping rules, and this is the first app that I've seen that can manage them. We're still setting things up, but am looking forward to finally resolving our shipping issues with their help.

as a bicycle retailer, we have complex shipping rules and specific requirements but with ASM, it was easy to build out exactly what we needed.

Advanced Shipping Manager has such great functionality that it isn't entirely intuitive from the start. BUT... don't let that stop you. The team is INCREDIBLY supportive and will help every step of the way. There's not much it can't do once you get the hang of it. Worth every penny.

Awesome piece of software, even better phone support. Highly recommend this app if you need to install multiple shipping zones and carriers on your store. Totally takes the headache out of the task and it's super simple to use, too.

Very powerful and flexible shipping methods and rules. Can likely handle anything you can throw at it. Customer services is excellent. Burt is very willing to help and goes above-and-beyond to make sure everything is setup and working properly.

My experience with Burt was superb. He walked me through every step of the activation to ensure all systems were go. Subsequent to the activation, he's been readily available to answer any questions. Moreover, he went above and beyond to help me resolve some issues on UPS's end. Burt and his technology have made my life significantly easier!

My experience with Advanced Shipping Manager has been stellar! I have dealt with 20 or so apps while configuring my store and all but about 5 have been nightmares, so finding ASM to help me with one of my final projects before opening was a blessing! They have excellent customer service and although set up is a little tough, they provide tons of resources to help guide you through it. Definitely recommend this app!

Excellence is the word. They set it up for us within an hour. It was the only app that offered the features we required. Admin is simple to use, fast and has no glitches. Support is incredible! They will reply by email, phone or skype immediately. It's good to work with people who know what they're doing.

I'm extremely happy with the customer service that I have received to get our freight integration up and running. They really go the extra mile to answer all questions and assist with any problems you might have. Great app!

The best shipping rate calculation app hands down. Any combination of rates are possible, it's a lifesaver when you have multiple shippers, all with their own rates and conditions. Love the real-time rate calculations too! I particularly enjoyed working with Burt and Dan, they are responsive and extremely helpful.

The app is definitely the best, most flexible shipping option around. I think it can do anything you need. There are a few things that could be improved though, the setup took a long time and variables are not always accurately marked which added some confusion. After a day or two in the app, I figured everything out. Now I'm in love.

Great team at ASM and a fantastic app to increase sales conversions. The configuration options are exhaustive, I was amazed by how easy it was to implement and manage our stringent shipping needs with a simple spreadsheet and just a few shipping rules. Burt knows his stuff! He was able to resolve a few hiccups in nearly real-tIme. This app is worth every penny. Whether you need to offer customized carrier-calculated LTL freight or small-package delivery rates, this app can handle it all.
