Terrible fulfilment service. Constant mistakes and quality control issues. Do not follow SOPs on specs or quality. Their latest mess up cost me $1000s so I cut them off. Avoid them if you care about your brand.

I've been waiting for my order to ship, but it keeps showing "pending processing." I spent a lot of time contacting them, and it took them several days to reply that the item was out of stock. This is terrible; I don't recommend this app.
