Terrible fulfilment service. Constant mistakes and quality control issues. Do not follow SOPs on specs or quality. Their latest mess up cost me $1000s so I cut them off. Avoid them if you care about your brand.

This is the worst and most irresponsible platform I've ever used, bar none! First, my order took over 60 days to arrive. The logistics were completely stalled with no progress whatsoever. Contacting customer service was utterly useless; they only gave automated, template replies that were irrelevant and never addressed the actual issues, just offering evasive excuses. Meanwhile, their inventory was a mess. They wouldn't update stock despite being out of stock, and they wouldn't inform customers in advance, leading to various delays in shipping after ordering. The most outrageous thing is that their prices are much higher than other platforms. Paying a premium for a miserable experience—poor logistics, terrible after-sales service, and a dismissive attitude—anyone who uses their service is doomed!
The shipping speed was extremely slow; my order remained "pending processing" for a very long time without being shipped. I spent a lot of time repeatedly contacting customer service, but they often just read my messages and didn't reply. After waiting for several days, I finally received a response, only to be told that the item was out of stock. The experience was terrible, and I highly discourage using this app.
I thought a lower price would help cut costs, and I was thrilled to find that Bestfulfill’s service far exceeded my expectations! Shipping was fast and reliable, order adjustments were handled smoothly and efficiently, and real-time logistics updates kept me fully informed every step of the way. If you’re looking to scale your business with a trustworthy, cost-effective fulfillment partner, this is a great choice. I highly recommend them!
