I've been waiting for my order to ship, but it keeps showing "pending processing." I spent a lot of time contacting them, and it took them several days to reply that the item was out of stock. This is terrible; I don't recommend this app.

Shipping is too slow, with an average delivery time of over 25 days. Tracking information is frequently unavailable, and customer service often fails to respond to messages.
