The shipping speed was extremely slow; my order remained "pending processing" for a very long time without being shipped. I spent a lot of time repeatedly contacting customer service, but they often just read my messages and didn't reply. After waiting for several days, I finally received a response, only to be told that the item was out of stock. The experience was terrible, and I highly discourage using this app.
