Just setting this up now, had my questions answered straight away from Barney, he was super helpful and gave me great suggestions too

The free app in itself is pretty decent, although you are very limited on you can and can't do with the FREE VERSION. I will however say that any issues you run into can be easily resolved by the support team, I spoke to Barney and he was extremely efficient and effective at resolving my issue. Issue was resolved instanteously with no hassle at all.

The app performs quite well. I think it would be good to improve some details, but I don't know if it is technically possible. So congratulations to those who created this app and grateful for helping small brands. The service via chat is very good, especially there is a guy named Nick and a girl named Tanie who are always making an effort to respond and give clear solutions, his helps make understanding the app simpler. Thank you!

UpPromote has been very helpful during our migration to their software. They are quick to respond and provide detailed answers and solutions. Selina, the support team and the dev team do their best to get all of our requests, changes and fixes turned around quickly. Their service performance raises my confidence in this platform. I had to set up a campaign for the next day. Not only did Tommy walk me through it but he went above and beyond so that my links would be perfect and would redirect to where I need it to go. Am super glad I went with UpPromote Affiliate, I had spoke to a couple other platforms and they were nowhere as supportive. Thanks again Tommy!
