So far so good, just getting started. I contacted customer service and was connected right away. Lanie helped me better understand what I was having trouble with.

Evan was SOO helpful troubleshooting my issue so early in the morning. This is a great product and customer service team!

I'm pleasantly surprised by the support, which patiently answers my simple questions even during the night hours. And I'm using the free version. I highly recommend it!

Happy with the app and support. We have been using Up Promote for more than half a year now and are happy with the growth of the affiliate's channel. We only wish we could have contacted the payment smoothly and not pay manually. Thank you Barney for the quick chat support :)

Great software!

I have been using this app for about two weeks on a trial to the professional plan. So far everything is very simple and to the point. The "How to start an affiliate program" by Hogan Chua on Youtube breaking down an hour worth of gold on how to set this thing up is what made me pull the trigger over other APPS. After speaking with the UpPromote customer service a couple times, it's been great.

I am learning now.

The app is working great so far and our affiliates seem to be happy with the new system. Tanie did a great job helping us with our questions. 5/5 stars

Fast support, great app, good functionality

Honestly really a good one. The translation in French can be better but that's a work in progress. I worked with several Shopify apps for affiliation, this one is easy to use, and the support is helpful every single time I had something to ask them. Thanks! (special thanks to Tommy)
