Gwen was really helpful! She went above and beyond on what it is expected of a good customer care representative. She was able to guide me through the process how to set up the affiliate function and I am glad with her quick responses. I am not really kind using chats, but this is really good experience, felt face-to-face customer care service. Given clear instructions and easy to understand.

I think the program is very hard to figure out, especially ML, however, one of the agents Nick has been beyond amazing every time, he actually takes the time to help instead of just sending out links. He definitely goes above and beyond

Super intuitive and quick to set up. The one thing that I really love about UpPromote is that we can assign an existing discount code to each affiliate, so if our affiliates been sharing your code on IG/TikTok, then those codes should still work, and no need to create new ones (unless they want to). The one time I had a few questions, Barney from UpPromote was super quick to swoop in and answered them. Big up to the UpPromote team!
