The UpPromote app is easy to use, I have found the tutorial videos really helpful too. When I have had further questions, the 'Chat' option is great. Gwen has just helped me now with some questions. I have been using this app for two years and I have always had excellent assistance in the new and complex activations with complicated settings but I have always managed to solve because creating new settings is very simple.
