Just getting this dialed in and ran into some technical issues that turned out to be due to the AWS outage. The problem was resolved and Mina, my support in the chat, was very helpful and reached out even after I had left the chat to let me know the problem was solved. She then walked my through some quick steps to verify the issue was in fact repaired. Great support says a lot about a platform. I am looking forward to watching how this works in our store.

So far so good, Mina helped me out quickly. We will see how the app works for us down the line, but I think we will keep working with UpPromote.

While on the trial, we had an issue with our affiliate links. The store had generated links to our old domain instead of the new one. I reached out via email for support (probably after hours, on a weekend). Tho it was at an unusual time, I received an email back regarding the issue, along with chat support around the same time. For not having a support number to call, I do feel like this was the highest level of support possible, if not above and beyond. The issue was resolved and we're moving forward with this platform. For the most part, it's easy to use and pretty user-friendly.

I had an issue with the App staying at a endless loading loop after adding it as a section block on the affiliate program landing page. Long story short, it had to to with the CSP of the theme blocking the API request. I reached out the support team, which escalated the request to their dev team and. On the following day, I already had a follow up on the chat. After a few back and forth words here and there, I was able to solve the problem. Nick was the bridge between the dev team and myself to make it all possible. Please, kindly give Nick a raise.
