She was able to guide me through the process how to set up the affiliate function and I am glad with her quick responses. I am not really kind using chats, but this is really good experience, felt face-to-face customer care service. Given clear instructions and easy to understand.

I think the program is very hard to figure out, especially ML, however, one of the agents Nick has been beyond amazing every time, he actually takes the time to help instead of just sending out links. He definitely goes above and beyond
