UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

The online onboarding representative, Gwen, was very helpful and made the difference. The number of options is overwhelming, and the app seems to be very limited unless you do upgrades, but honestly, for a starter like me, the single affiliate "test" option was everything I need to start. If I were to suggest anything, I would say to the developers to calm down on the locked out upgrade option visibility, it is very intimidating - with paid levels of up to $800 a year, it leads you to think that the app is not useful until you hit a pro level. The developers should allow you to "warm up" to the app and not scare people off. I almost went shopping for a different app.

Great app, tons of features and complete control over nearly everything. They've also got great customer support, Barney helped me get everything up and running in just a few minutes.

Barney was awesome and helped to address limitations which have made administering our affiliate program a chore. I feel relieved that he helped to identify solutions to automate more features to provide a seamless experience with our affiliates.

Easy to set up, simple visual design, easy for affiliate beginners as well. It's a nice app, highly recommended. Barney from the chat staff member always helps me when I ask them questions, he is always helpful. One day I asked him something, he answered me and finished what I asked within only three minutes. I was so astonished with his quick response. I often tell him on the chat “Thank you, as always.”

After researching a handful of other affiliate apps for our shopify store, we decided to go with Uppromote. Not only has it been a seamless process to use, but they have all the features without breaking the bank.
