Im so new at this and I needed help paying out my affiliates. Gwen was so helpful and kind. She answered all my questions efficiently. The app is easy to use after exploring it but if you need help use the chat box to get all the help you need.

i have worked with a few other affiliate/referral apps and nothing compares to this. platform is easy to use and their customer service is incredible. this one app has features you would need from other multiple apps to perform.

Any new app is like learning a new language, there are some misunderstandings, confusion, etc. Personally, I wander around the different tabs until I figure out where things are before starting in. On my first day working through the options and settings, the support team was ready with help all day and night. I was up and running in half the time I've spent on other apps. Great team!
