Good plugin and features, the support team members mostly Barney and Selina serves immediately and answered precisely to the problem statements raised. Highly recommended if you're looking into ambassador / affiliate marketing plan to grow your business.

This app is awesome. As I was looking for the best affiliate software, i narrowed it down to 3. They were all great but lacked a couple key features. UpPromote was the only option with all the features I wanted in 1 software. Their customer service is insane. The fastest response times and most helpful ive encountered on any software. Selina specifically was very helpful.

Works great, thoughtfully crafted app. Wasn't overly heavy on Shopify. Support is hella responsive, and they are actually sharp and nice to work with. This is my go to affiliate app for clients from here on.

Super easy to get started! Intuitive Interface and I was up and running very quickly. I dont think I really could expect more.

I was super impressed with the completeness of the solution. I trialed the free version with my first affiliate and quickly moved up to the paid version once I saw that the sales from one affiliate paid for the system. Quite impressive when a system self funds itself in a few days. There are just a few more advanced features that could have a few more options, however, I understand at scale some of those may be tedious to manage, for instance, if there are multiple active coupon codes it selects one at random. I'd prefer to pick one or even have the option to not have a coupon automatically applied on lower tiered affiliates. That can be accomplished with different programs however. I also learned if you don't have the funds in the PayPal bank, it will not automatically pull it through from your associated bank account. Make sure you have a method to ensure adequate funds are in PayPal prior to a scheduled payout day. This is more of a PP thing, but good to be aware of. All in all, really impressed with the solution!
