We've been using this app for over 2 years now and are very satisfied with its functionality and support. New features are constantly being added, making this app even better.

I have recently launched a new Shopify store (moved from woocomemrce) , and I am still getting use to working with apps and all at once. Tonight I worked with Tommy from UpPromote to help me upgrade to Pro and set things up to get started. Tommy was very patient and helpful and made several suggestions that i should consider through out the process. I am not that technical at all, but i enjoyed the experience and learning more about the app in the process. Support was great and i am sure the app will be too!

great support, even during weekend :) also, the base plan does let you get your feet wet vs other plans that you wouldn't know because they charge you at front
