Easy to use, and the app has a lot of flexibility depending on your needs. Support team is great, I've received excellent customer service, today Tommy was helping me with some questions. Great attitude and fast support! Recommended!

My experience with UpPromote has been wonderful. I'm literally up at 11:30pm and someone is helping me in a live chat. Whenever I have a question, I not only get a quick response, I'm taught how to make the changes or adjust something so I'll know how to do it in the future. The end user experience is great too, our affiliates find it's easy to register and start generating sales!

Great app, and great support from Tommy. He spent more than an hour with me on team viewer sorting out questions i had for my complex affiliate program and he managed to solve it. Highly Recommended

This app shuts down and prevents you from accessing your data-luckily we had used IG names for the discount so we were able to go back and message each one of our ambassadors. Also, customer service was completely lacking-sent numerous emails and support tickets and never got responses to help us fix the problems. Ultimately we notified our ambassadors and moved platforms.

An affiliate was having some issues figuring out their account and the support team has been consistently helpful and available when needed. They helped me understand the process and gave appropriate info to pass along to my affiliate. Great service!
