Used UpPromote for several months across several sites and it does everything you could want it to. The customer service is excellent and they reply instantly to help whenever you need them.

UpPromote is very easy to integrate into your store. I recommend getting at least the professional plan because it will give you a lot of functions that are very useful for affiliate marketing. The service was amazing. I had a few questions about set up and Selina answered me right away, very quickly and with the exact answer I was looking for. Overall I am very pleased with the app and service, and there are still more features that I have yet to try. I highly recommend going for this app when choosing an affiliate marketing app.

Just started using it but it is perfect for our MLM requirement, and support were very helpful in setting up the commission structure for us. I have high hopes that it will really help us with our franchised model.

I just registered for this app and so far the experience has been great. Support is there 24/7 and a lot of the features that I am looking for are included in the free plan. I signed up for the marketplace and have gotten 2 applications in less than 24n hours!

These guys are awesome. They provide screenshare support when their customer doesn't know how to use the software. In our session I was shown how easy it is to use the software, and they also did something custom for me that was really helpful.

Fantastic app at a great price. The software itself is pretty intuitive and the help docs (of which there are plenty) is very good, so getting it set up has been pretty straight forward once you understand their nomenclature. When I've reached out to support, the response (via chat) has been very quick and they've been very knowledgeable (thanks Gwen). One nice feature of this software is that you can automatically move an Affiliate from one tier (they call them programs) to another based on their referrals' sales (and other options too). It would be really great if I could auto-generate a new, unique discount code for them with upgraded benefits associated with that new higher tier as well. If not that, at least give me the ability to run a report (each week, month, quarter, whenever) that showed me which Affiliates had moved up a Tier so I could manually adjust their discount code. Bottom line - GREAT app! Just needs a small tweak to be PHENOMENAL!
