So far I love the app and thought this was a specific review for my recent bulk payout experience. In regard to that I kept getting an error message because it was my first time so I'd fix what needed to be fixed and it would still give the error so I had to close and exit 3 times to get it to go through with my changes. Just to add to it I submitted this review and it brought me back to the same page to submit the review. After 5 times I gave up and lo and behold my review is there. If this edit doesn't show up I'm not going to keep clicking this time. I'm tired ;)

We had used another App (BOGOS) developed by Secomapp. The experience was so bad: because of their failure to warn Merchants about a bug of their app that allow users to place 0 value orders from the app, we lost a large sum of money. As a result of this experience, we would not recommend this app to any merchants. And we would warn all Shopify users that we know not to use any app developed by Secomapp.

Started getting inundated with fraudulent orders after installing this app, all linking back to an affiliate. Reached out to customer support, zero support given, just denial. Wouldn't recommend.
This is Stark from the UpPromote support team. We believe there may be some misunderstanding here and would like to clarify. You mentioned that the orders were placed using a compromised credit card. Since you had already denied the referral and removed the affiliate from UpPromote, we suggested contacting the buyer for more information, but we didn't hear back from you. Please note that the app isn't able to control who places an order or who uses the affiliate links — however, we'd genuinely love to know if there's anything else we can do to help.
