We can't say enough great things about this app & the UpPromote team! There are so many amazing & powerful features, that we were easily able to custom tailor exactly what we needed to launch our affiliate opportunity. Their support is THE BEST. It really feels like they are part of our team, and care about the success of our business. If you are looking to add an affiliate program to your e-commerce business, this is hands down the best option. You will LOVE IT!

From the get go, the app seemed very easy to manage however I did encounter some minor issues but their support team must be the best I've dealt with. They were extremely attentive and detailed in their responses, with clear instructions. I gave them a few suggestions and they took them very seriously and added these as features which is amazing. The actual platform itself is really great, it's easy to use if you're familiar with affiliate platforms but may require the help of support to setup finer tunings but with the great support team this will not be a task at all. The support team was Tommy, Christy, Léna, Stark, Matthew, June and Nick. All support agents provide the same level of attentiveness and professionalism. Thank you guys and keep it up!

The help tabs made understanding most of the steps pretty simple. For a new to me program, I appreciated the responsiveness of the Lena from the chat team. Being able to begin at the free entry point will be extremely helpful.

I haven't used this app long enough and just started using it so I can't give it too much of an in-depth review but, everything seems to be working great and the marketplace is just amazing to have. However, what makes this app stand out is the level of customer support. Tommy has helped me so many times and his professionalism and quick responses are superb. Really useful. We can invite affiliates and influencers to join our program and track the results. What's more, the customer service is verrry good, especially Christy, she responded promptly and helped me solve the problem. Recommend it.
