Fantastic support team. They’re quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable about their product, and proactive in helping us find solutions that fit our needs. It never felt like we were just another customer. They really took the time to understand our goals and make things work seamlessly.

This app is easy to use, and the support I received from Mina was the cherry on top! I'm glad I found uppromote, it adds value without a big heavy lift for set up (no engineering support needed for us to set up)

She guided me step by step, answered all my questions clearly, and even helped me get a free trial to start smoothly with the Growth plan. Tanie from live chat support was absolutely wonderful! I was just learning how to set things up, and she showed so much patience as she walked me through the process.
