UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

This is the most correct choice for me. I haven't figured out all the functions of the program, but the super awesome customer service is really the best I have ever seen. The response is fast and patient. My English is not very good. Gwen and Tommy still helped me with my familiar language, thank you so much!

Looks good although I am chiefly reviewing in order to get rid of the annoying popup on the main window.

Most of the functions necessary for affiliates are covered by this tool. The support is also excellent, and even if I ask something I don't understand, they will answer immediately, so I am always saved.

Super easy set-up process. Very straight forward and clean affiliate registration form. I waited until I had some customer service interactions to leave a review. They responded promptly AND COMPREHENSIVELY, which is always a relief when you realize you're not gonna just get some crappy, outsourced-to-india customer service where someone is just following a list of "if this is the problem, this is the solution" tree. Thanks for being human!

Very user friendly app, customer support is great and easy to access all the helps. It's a right platform for our affiliate program. Glad we found and installed this App.

Great App. I needed help understanding how it works and setting up the app correctly, so I contacted chat support, and Gwen and Tommy was so helpful. Tommy ensured I understood everything fully as he answered all my questions and did an affiliate test. Recommend this app if you want to have an affiliate program. What I loved most about this app was the ability to create a separate page for everyone to sign up. I love that I could edit the automated emails as well.

Haven't officially started running it yet, but so far their chat support is great! The overall UI looks great as well. I hope they will add Japanese officially in the future.

Excellent program with excellent support. Barney really helped us out. The program is flexible and allowed us to create an affiliate program that our affiliates love to use.

It's a little pricey, but works really well with Shopify stores, easy enough to set up and the customer service is super helpful and nice.

Best app that there is! The service team (Barney) was quick to respond. Much smoother and cleaner approach fro influencers to connect with your brand!

An excellent application, beyond the fact that it is easy to use and does an excellent job, the customer service is simply amazing, I contacted customer service because I wanted to move the text that is displayed from left to right to right to left, it turns out that by default the writing is displayed from left to right. Unusually, the support offered me to customize the registration form so that the text is displayed from right to left.

We have always had excellent service fro UpPromote and they have always solved our problems efficiently and with clarity. Salina most recently helped resolve some open issues and she delivered an excellent experience.

We are very happy with the app so far. A lot of great features. The support is awesome & extremely helpful.

I haven't needed any help from Support yet and have successfully set up my entire account AND offer within 1 hour. The process is seamless!! I'm honestly SO impressed with how simple it was and everything they have put in place to help you and keep things super-simple in guiding you through everything. Whoever put all of the guides in place, you need a medal as THAT is game-changing and cemented my decision that THIS is the Referral app that I will not be giving up on! If you're still considering which app to try for referrals and commissions don't waste anymore time comparing, go for this one!
