This app shuts down and prevents you from accessing your data-luckily we had used IG names for the discount so we were able to go back and message each one of our ambassadors. Also, customer service was completely lacking-sent numerous emails and support tickets and never got responses to help us fix the problems. Ultimately we notified our ambassadors and moved platforms.

An affiliate was having some issues figuring out their account and the support team has been consistently helpful and available when needed. They helped me understand the process and gave appropriate info to pass along to my affiliate. Great service!

Excellent support, and a really robust app. We were looking for an app that would allow us to set up fundraisers where affiliates could create a link to earn money towards a cause or school trip. This one seems to fit the bill, and the support so far has been amazing! Highly recommend.

Being new to setting up my app, I found it was easy to navigate and with a lot of information on how to set it up also. With anything I didn't understand, the support chat was available and answered quickly, helpful and friendly. So far I am really happy with this app and service.

I can honestly say this is the best support team I’ve ever experienced from any Shopify app. They’re fast, you speak to real humans straight away (not bots), and they’re always incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Es la primera vez que utilizo un programa de este tipo, al iniciar no me quedaban claras algunas configuraciones de como agragar una coleccion en especifico, pero Tommy fue muy amable y me ayudo a configurar todo correctamente! Ahora solo espero que el programa de afiliados empieze a rendir sus frutos!!! Los estare actualizando.... Muchas gracias!

Fantastic support from Tommy and the whole team!! They have assisted me in every way, learning the ins and outs of UpPromote and then migrating from our old solution. There is always someone online to chat to and they are knowledgeable and super helpful.

Absolutely amazing ambassador app! We used GoAffPro before moving to UpPromote, and I wish I made the change sooner. The beautiful back end makes it truly a pleasure to use, and when you create your ambassador program, you can really fine tune it to make a custom solution that matches your brand! Christy, Tommy, and Stark have all been great when working together to solve issues!

I'm new to the app and still figuring out how it truely works. But my review at this point is on the app's customer service - it's excellent! I've had a few associate assist in my set up, but Tommy has been the go to for my issues and concerns. Tommy has been professional & extremely helpful with each step of the set up....and goes beyond what I expected from an app. It took some time to set up the programs/marketing and the Paypal, but having access to immediate Q&A chats is awesome! love it - So, THANK YOU for having knowledgable and professional customer service for your customers. Im on professional plan. :)
