Mina has been provided excellent support to help my referral stand out.
Maya was amazing! Not only did she respond to my setup inquiry immediately, Maya provided screenshot examples so that I didn't have to guess my way through the setup process. We are new to UpPromote but if Maya is an example of the customer service, I think we are going to love working working with them!
Super easy to use! I love that you can manage everything in one place. They offer a free trial as well which is a game changer, especially if it's your first time using an affiliate marketing program. Maya helped walk me through everything, thank you for developing this app!

We take concerns like this very seriously, so I personally reviewed your subscription history in Shopify. The records show you started a yearly Growth plan trial on March 12, and once the 14-day trial ended, the subscription was automatically charged — the standard billing behavior on Shopify for any trial-based plan. There's no record of your plan being changed or upgraded beyond what was originally selected. That said, you are eligible for a refund, and we've sent you an email about it. Please check it so we can proceed. Cheers!
