The program is awesome. Needed it to set up an affiliate program with tiered commission rates and this was perfect. Though my commission plan is simple right now, this app has room for me to help it grow and add more depth if I want to. Service is also great - they responded to a question I had right away. Highly recommend UpPromote!

We can't say enough great things about this app & the UpPromote team! There are so many amazing & powerful features, that we were easily able to custom tailor exactly what we needed to launch our affiliate opportunity. Their support is THE BEST. From the get go, the app seemed very easy to manage however I did encounter some minor issues but their support team must be the best I've dealt with. They were extremely attentive and detailed in their responses, with clear instructions. I gave them a few suggestions and they took them very seriously and added these as features which is amazing. The actual platform itself is really great, it's easy to use if you're familiar with affiliate platforms but may require the help of support to setup finer tunings but with the great support team this will not be a task at all. The support team was Tommy, Christy, Léna, Stark, Matthew, June and Nick. All support agents provide the same level of attentiveness and professionalism. Thank you guys and keep it up!

I haven't used this app long enough and just started using it so I can't give it too much of an in-depth review but, everything seems to be working great and the marketplace is just amazing to have. However, what makes this app stand out is the level of customer support. Tommy has helped me so many times and his professionalism and quick responses are superb.
