This is the first time i've felt compelled to review. Firstly, I must say the set up is very easy. No complaints there. However, once it was installed and set up I started inviting affiliates. The take up was pretty quick (4 in 10 minutes/ 12 in a few hours) Thats where the issue is. The affiliates couldn't quite figure out what to do then. and the info was lacking. I created an account and quickly found the dashboard isn't mobile friendly and because the overflow is hidden there is no way to see the full page by scrolling horizontally. 88% of people that use my website are mobile users. Furthermore, after spending hours adding images with desciptions, titles, and links for my affiliates to share it turns out that the app simply shares the image-link and the image. I can't give this app 1 star because quite simply it does work ( to a certain extent) as long as your affiliates use a desktop. Which, unfortunately, these days they don't. The feedback I received was, they simply wanted to log in and share posts/product to their social media accounts from their mobile, to try and earn some extra money. Such a simple feature is missing. After that I contacted support. When they finally replied, they was very polite but I had to remove the left over code myself after uninstalling the app.
We really appreciate your feedback. First of all, we are happy to hear that you find the app easy-to-use, regarding the issue with Mobile responsiveness, my team totally understands your concern. We are aware of the issue and working our best on improving the user experience on mobile devices. Regarding the second issue with Marketing tools for affiliates, the sharing feature is just one of the options, the affiliates can also download/get embedded code of the media and use them on their own channels. Seems very good but they are relentless with asking you to rate the app. Very nice UI and simple onboarding process. We shall see how it goes!

Super easy set up, and easy to understand. there is lots of functions only gets applied to paid members but i will try further and hope to grow audiences with them together.

Secomapp continues to be one of the best affiliate apps on Shopify with the most features. It was the ONLY one that had asset organization for ad creatives and other key features that no one else has. Their customer support is extremely responsive and they are always updating and adding new functionality to the app. Easily the best affiliate app on Shopify I have ever used.

Amazing!!!!!!! they have helped me set this up and customise a few bits that i wanted! i've only just stared using the app and i'm already loving it. The best affiliate app i have found after trying a few. what would be amazing if you guys could produce an iphone app so we can view everything from an app and not have to sign on to a desk top dashboard every time. sending lots of love!

As with any app you use, you always hope the customer service will be great when you encounter a problem or need a customization. Secomapp is just that. Quick and attentive service through chat feature, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure to get to a solution. Cannot recommend this app enough

I am immensely grateful for this app. This is the only app I have chosen to use to manage my affiliate program. The other ones I checked out and tried were quite overwhelming for me to follow and keep up with but this app is simple, easy to setup, no complicated steps and no confusion. My affiliates know what to expect. The customizable notification settings keep my affiliates motivated and inspired to keep sharing my brand. There are several affiliate management tasks I can complete right within the app. Let me also add that the reporting is easy to use and the Secomapp team is always willing to support the growth and success of their users. Overall, this is a simple great product. I have been using this app for a year now and I can clearly say, if you are seeking an uncomplicated app to help you manage your affiliate program with no headaches, this is the app for you.
