We have been beyond impressed with this app! I had been looking at a number of affiliate apps over the last 3 years and was frustrated with what seemed to be hidden fees and additional % of referral costs from other apps based on my success. I didn't want this to be a never ending expense. When researching, it looked like Secomapp was the most transparent with one flat app fee. Once I downloaded and started using the app I am happy to report this is true!!! It was worked just as we needed. Everything was easy to set-up (less than 1 hour) and we have been able to capitalize on the amazing world of influence marketing.

I complete my setup about an hour. I really understand everything and it is easy to fill it. Now, I will try to find affiliates and see how it works.

Let me tell you how to piss people off... mess with their money! We were using another affiliate marketing app called Refersion and it kept on glitching and messing up our affiliates commission. We switched to Secomapp about a year ago and have had ZERO problems. This App is easy to use and set up for both us and our affiliates.

This is a partial review as I have only been using the app for 2 weeks. Within the 2 weeks, the technical support has been outstanding. You must first understand if you are in the US, you are in a 24 hour difference from support. Don't expect a response right away unless it is late in the evening. Secomapp support will resolve your issue or concern as quickly as possible, possibly on the first email. Before choosing their platform, I read comments and reviews on just about every top affiliate program on the shopify app store front. None matched the consistent positive support remarks that Secomapp had. I was looking for the least expensive option , and joined their professional plan of $50 per month, so I had to be convinced in their platform. I hope this review saves others time in reviewing other options. If I an offered the option to comment later, I will update with more.

We never review apps but this one is just amazing. It is VERY easy to setup, it walks you through the entire process and it even checks if everything has been setup correctly. The free plan helps small businesses who may not have the budget for affiliate marketing. I just wish they'd add the "Use your email as sender's email" to the free version but that's really the only thing it's lacking so far. Everything else works great!

We just finished setup but so far everything is working well. Looking forward to using it to grow our business. I had a problem making a change a few months in but their customer service was very good and walked me through the fix. App works well. NEW: We have used this platform for a couple of years now. We have quite a few affiliates and the platform always does what it should. Recently had a small issue and their customer service is fast and excellent. !! Thank you Selina!
