UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

As a Shopify store owner, I am beyond frustrated and infuriated with the abhorrent treatment I have received from the UpPromote team. It is both mind-boggling and unacceptable that a company I have invested thousands of dollars into has shown such blatant disregard for its customers and their success.

I have not used the app yet, only just installed it, but I have very limited technical knowledge and was struggling a little. Matthew was SO quick with helping me and it was sorted in minutes. I have been looking through the instructions and it all seems very straightforward. I'll check back with a review once I have used the app for a bit and have a better feel for it, but so far it looks great!

Everything is working very well so far. We've created test accounts and test orders. Love the way the app performed with processing and notifications. We also greatly appreciate the frequent contact from support with helpful resources to guide us along the way. Thank you all.

The app is simple to use, and the support team is very responsive and helpful. I have had a good experience integrating the app with my Shopify store.

We have been using the app to assist with promoting our blog on our website for teeth grinding mouth guards at: https://www.teethnightguard.com/ We have found the app to help with creating a better blog and really like the ease of adding our teeth grinding guard products form our shopify store. The built in SEO software is awesome and has helped use improve our blog. Great app. Allow you to set up a ambassador team getting a lot of people promoting your store. Would be great if the free version will give you more features, but it works great! :)

Very nice customer service, people are very kind, Ashley made a good job! help me solve a lot of problems! It would be even better if you could set up groups of specific people! :)

The support team are fantastic and can always point you in the right direction. App has plenty of functionality and is easy to setup.

Easy to setup! I would definitely recommend for big and small brands! I'm using to onboard our new affiliate program.

Still learning but nothing has been beyond my capabilities so far. Really easy to use. If i can do this, anyone can :)
