I like this app, it is so professional as software (clear and easy to use) and documentation are describing every detail, also the free feature they provide is perfect to start your campaign.

I currently use several Secomapp apps and have found them to deliver exactly what I need. Whenever I've needed support, it's been swift and very helpful. Definitely recommend the Affiliate Marketing app as it's very comprehensive, offering everything I've needed to start and grow my companies affiliate scheme

The app is great ad it is doing pretty much what it says however, I needed the support team to help me out on some configuration and although it is not instant, they reply with help quite fast and helped me a lot. Awesome team behind this. Thanks guys

This app is strategically getting more expensive and offering less. They make it clear that you will be severely affected for anything less than their $50/month plan. We have VERY basic needs for our program and there is incredibly complexity to this app. I don't want to switch, but I feel like we're slowly being forced to leave due to unnecessary complexity.

I feel like this is too hard to set up and should be much easier. I can't figure out easy things like telling people the important details about the program before they sign up.

Just installed today, not bad, pretty basic free plan but reasonably priced for paid plans. a lot of typos on the default email templates though.

I have been using this app for over a month now and it is great. It makes affiliate marketing so easy and the tracking of referral orders is all automated. Even refunds are taken into account when calculating affiliate commissions. But most of all, customer support is AMAZING. They always respond within a few hours and they either have a solution for you or agree to add whatever feature on their to-do list. But what's great is that they actually implement their to-do list in a timely manner. So that features that you requested actually get implemented! I highly recommend this app. The only negative I found so far is that the affiliate dashboard is only in English. In my case, I have affiliates that only speak French and that is difficult for them. But the developers have put it on their to-do list and if all goes well, I hope to have a French affiliate dashboard soon!

We have just launched Multi-language feature which supports translating Affiliate account into multiple languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, German, French, Portugese, Italian. Also auto-detect language based on affiliate's location is available and merchant has the option to edit translation text. Please try it out and tell us how you feel.

We're using this app and so far so good. Easy to install, lots of configuration possible. A bit expensive for our utilization however, there's no bug this far. We'd like more reports available for our customers such as sales by products and others. Great app regardless. Don't hesitate.

Low customer service quality. They Don't help too much... the app is ok but need some points to be improves, special the customer service...

We only received a ticket asking for instruction to remove the app on Jan 24 08:43 and we walked you through all the steps, then we got no reply from you, we hope you could share more about your unhappy experience with our support service so we can improve better in the future.

People of customer service not very helpful. I send them few simple and constructive questions and they replied me to find other app and not waste them time. I don't understand why this tone... Nice app but customer service need to improve how talk with customers.

The thing is you required a huge customization that affects our whole system as well as requires massive resources to process, so we had to confirm that we cannot execute your requirement and recommended you to find another solution because we don’t want to waste your time for unfit solution and have new direction sooner. Also, we tried to look for other apps on the app store but none seems to meet your request, that’s why we didn't suggest you a specific app name. Again we would like to confirm that we never want to ignore our customer, on the other hand, we want to save your time actually.

We've just finished installing the app and the team was extremely helpful and fast in getting back to us with any questions. Easy to install and the dashboard is easy to navigate.
