I just loaded the app to my store, onboarding process is seamless, easy. Looks interesting & I'm curious about what happens in the next days.. will update you'all soon. Nah! nothing happened. got like 3 affiliates , but that's it. app was just occupying space on my store. not productive for me.

As a Shopify store owner, I am beyond frustrated and infuriated with the abhorrent treatment I have received from the UpPromote team. It is both mind-boggling and unacceptable that a company I have invested thousands of dollars into has shown such blatant disregard for its customers and their success.

I have not used the app yet, only just installed it, but I have very limited technical knowledge and was struggling a little. Matthew was SO quick with helping me and it was sorted in minutes. I have been looking through the instructions and it all seems very straightforward. I'll check back with a review once I have used the app for a bit and have a better feel for it, but so far it looks great!

We have been using the app to assist with promoting our blog on our website for teeth grinding mouth guards at: https://www.teethnightguard.com/ We have found the app to help with creating a better blog and really like the ease of adding our teeth grinding guard products form our shopify store. The built in SEO software is awesome and has helped use improve our blog. Says that free plan is available, but once i added the APP it was showing the minimum 10$ per month. Also no responses to chat, so deleted.
We're sorry that you had a negative experience with UpPromote, and we'd like to clarify a few things. UpPromote's default plan is the Free plan, and it never expires — we can assure you there's no "minimum of $10 per month" in our app. Is there any chance UpPromote was mistaken for a different app? We also couldn't find any chat or ticket from you; if you did reach out, could you let us know which channel you used so we can look into it? We'd genuinely welcome another chance to help, so please reach us at [email protected] anytime you need assistance — we'll be right here for you.
Great app. Allow you to set up a ambassador team getting a lot of people promoting your store. Would be great if the free version will give you more features, but it works great! :)
