Low customer service quality. They Don't help too much... the app is ok but need some points to be improves, special the customer service...

Based on our records, we received a ticket asking for instructions to remove the app at 08:43 on Jan 24, and we walked you through all the steps, but we didn't hear back from you afterward. People of customer service not very helpful. I send them few simple and constructive questions and they replied me to find other app and not waste them time. I don't understand why this tone... Nice app but customer service need to improve how talk with customers.

Your request involved a very large customization that would affect our entire system and require significant resources, so we had to be upfront that we couldn't carry it out — and we suggested exploring another solution because we didn't want you to spend time on something that wouldn't fit, so you could find the right direction sooner. We also looked for other apps on the App Store, but none seemed to meet your specific request, which is why we didn't recommend a particular name. Once again, we want to assure you that we never intended to ignore you — on the contrary, our goal was genuinely to save you time.
We've just finished installing the app and the team was extremely helpful and fast in getting back to us with any questions. Easy to install and the dashboard is easy to navigate.

I have 800 affiliates and the only affiliate orders I ever get are the actual affiliate ordering for themselves. Additionally, they are double dipping on the orders. I removed this app because it is a scammers heaven and slows down my funnel by giving options to shady people.
Hi Black Sands, first of all we're sorry for your unhappy experience. On reviewing our database, we can see you have over 800 affiliates in total: 756 of them were generated by the Convert customer feature (most created automatically because they signed up on your shop), and the other 55 are not customers. When the Convert customer feature is enabled, the goal is to turn your customers into affiliates and keep them as loyal buyers. Allowing an affiliate to purchase through their own link helps retain them as your customer, but if you feel that's unfair, we'll add a setting so you can choose whether affiliates can buy through their own link. Looking at the data, in just 15 days you gained a sizeable number of organic affiliates who did generate referral orders for your store — so in our view your setup is running smoothly and has strong long-term potential. As an app developer, we always want to help merchants use the app in the most effective way. In your case, if you use the Convert customer feature, we'd recommend combining a few features for the best results: (1) create a separate program for converted customers with a lower commission rate; (2) set Store credit as the payment method so customers receive store coupons and keep buying on your shop rather than direct cash; (3) disable the Convert sign-up customer feature if you find it unhelpful. On our side, we'll continue launching features to support you and other merchants better, including: a setting to allow/forbid affiliates buying from their own link, and a setting to configure the payment method per program (so converted customers can be paid only in Store credit). Since you've been on our paid plan from 6/1/2020, your trial has ended and you'd be charged next month — but we're happy to refund this month and offer you another month free so you can explore the app further and see how it works for you. With these suggestions and this offer, we sincerely hope you'll give the app another chance.

I just downloaded this app so not sure how it will work, however it was very quick and easy to setup. I'm looking forward to getting started.

I used this app to automate my affiliate program. I really like how they provide you with an easy start up guide that literally walks you screen by screen how to set up all that you will need! Also, the customer service is so kind and responds promptly.

Edit: 5 stars for this insanely fast response and quick fix! Great customer service. App is great, except none of my affiliates are able to log into their accounts. They all receive a "session expired" message. We've reached out to Zendesk for help. If we can get this working then we'd love to change our review to 5 stars.

This is quite an amazing Affiliate marketing APP. First of all, it has free plan, and the free plan almost include all the basic functions you need; Secondly, it's customization is very easy to use, you don't need to add codes here and there; Thirdly, their support team response very fast, and all your concerns and questions, they have very detail but easy to read help document. Highly recommend!!! You must have one!
