Still testing but loving it so far
I still didn't use it but the settings are easy and quick. I needed some help to embeb it on my page and Tanie was really really helpful and kind. The only BUT I have is that this when you used shortcodes to design the page it provide info in English like the shortcode "cookie" provides "30 days" so it'll be better if cookies shows just 30 and you can add days, días, jours, or whatever you need.

It was good experience as my problem was a bit complicated. I would say Barney was very helpful to the point where he got on a Google meet call to help resolve my problem. . Nice work!
It has a lot of features that can be challenging to configure but their chat function is connected to a support team that is responsive. Tanie was really helpful in quickly finding a solution to our issue.
I had some difficulties at first, not due to the app, but due to my not familiar with the interface. I worked with Stark and he was VERY helpful!
Haven't fully utilized the app yet, but the customer service while we get everything set up has been great.

Il manque quelques éléments de développement pour notre programme qui devient gros, mais c'est super pour commencer un programme affilié.
Nick should get paid more, he's the best staff member by far and will go out of his way to help you. 4 stars though because there is some sneaky paywalls in this app that you'd never guess was there until you're fully invested. Tread carefully.
Nick has been incredible! I’ve been searching for an app that offers a free trial without heavy limitations, and UpPromote has exceeded my expectations. However, what truly stands out is Nick who has patiently solved every single question, issue and customisation. I must add, the reason it didnt receive 5 star, is because there are a-lot of styling and mobile compatibility issues. Logo, style and resizing that makes the user journey look really awful. I have spent hours (with the helpful) support team to solve these issues which are rather basic styling issue that should just work. Also making Font styling (size and format) available to the user to edit would make the processes easier. Thank you

It was so close to good! Really great portal and extensive configuration - managed to get the portal, sign in, all pages, and functionality working exactly how I wanted them. Unfortunately, only got purchase tracking to work when Shop Pay was used, but not when regular checkout was done - we admittedly have a strange website setup.. Tested and tried for a while, couldn't get it going. Besides that, the upgrades are far more expensive than the alternatives, which offer perfectly competitive features.

There are some issues with the app itself. I created a list and sent it to customer service who said all the items I discussed they have IT working on. It has been months though and I haven't seen those changes. Examples would be when refreshing the screen it doesn't keep you on the screen you're at, it boots you all the way back to the beginning. The back arrow does the same, even though it has a back arrow for you to press when you are getting additional details on a referral, it boots you all the way back to the first page. This requires the user to have to really pay attention to the page they were on in order to get back where they were. Its a time suck. The customer service team though has been spot on and very helpful. They always take their time to really show me exactly what I need. SELINA and NICK are all I have worked with and they are 5 STARS for sure. If the app fixes the back arrow or refresh button, it would get 5 stars as well.

The app performs quite well. I think it would be good to improve some details, but I don't know if it is technically possible. So congratulations to those who created this app and grateful for helping small brands. The service via chat is very good, especially there is a guy named Nick and a girl named Tanie who are always making an effort to respond and give clear solutions, his helps make understanding the app simpler. Love that it is user friendly and integrated with in Shopify. I love how it sends emails to Affiliate and creates coupon codes for each person for free. I wish you could for free create customize link for each affiliate instead of having to pay for this feature.
