Support has been great while I am setting up, super responsive. Setting up has been realitively straight forward, and I like the affiliates dashboard; it seems simple for them to use. Will update the review once I've launched my program and start getting affiliates through.

I have used Up Promote for our company brands now for over 12 months, with great success - the team are always on hand quickly to provide support, which enabled us to achieve this. All communication is through live chat, I have never had issue in connecting with a Up Promote team member straight away, which as an Affiliate Manager makes my day-to-day more seamless. Support is quick and effective. I was especially helped by Tanie from In-App Support. She quickly escalated and fixed our issue and remained in contact while the issue was being fixed.

Application pratique avec une multitude de fonctionnalités différentes. L'équipe d'aide est très réactive et arrangeante en cas de demande. Je recommande cette application. Seul bémol, c'est qu'il faut tout re configurer en français et bien vérifier chaque ligne d'écriture ou de prompt pour ne pas envoyer des infos systématiques en anglais. Je recommande!
