Tanie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer my questions clearly and helped me understand how to set everything up properly. UpPromote has been super easy to use and made managing our affiliate program much smoother. The platform is flexible, packed with great features, and stood out after trying several alternatives. The setup was simple, and their support team has always been responsive and genuinely helpful, from general support to custom design requests, Tanie has been wonderful and always kind and easy to work with. Some advanced features can feel a little expensive for smaller brands, but they offer solid lower tier and free plan options. Overall, for what UpPromote offers compared to other platforms on the market, it’s definitely worth it and has been a great experience for our brand.
