Excellent app that seems to do absolutely everything one could hope for. Customer service is quick and helpful. I highly recommend. I only removed a star because I believe that the ability to translate the affiliate guide/forms in multiple language should be available on the Growth plan (and not only on the much more expensive Professional plan).

There are a few improvements needed to make the reporting and comms a little better, but the team at Secomapp are just amazing and super happy to help! I can't say enough about how much effort they put in to help us build the best system possible.

So far so good. Easy set up and set up marketplace ad. All tests were successfull. Let's see how it works from here.

The information isn't always straightforward for figuring out an issue. Trying to search for the answer can also be unsatisfactory.

Haven't officially started running it yet, but so far their chat support is great! The overall UI looks great as well. I hope they will add Japanese officially in the future.

Gute App für ein Affiliate-System, umfangreiche Funktionen. Ich hatte 2 mal wegen unterschiedlichen Problemen mit dem Support zu tun (Stichwort GDPR) und jedes mal konnte mir der Support zügig weiterhelfen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App.

I still need to learn more about this and how it works. I can't really review it until I see how it works in real life when I reach out to people I want to be affiliates and help them navigate through this app to get it done.

We had some issues on setup, but UpPromote resolved them quickly once we were able to communicate with their Tech Support. We are excited to start signing up new affiliates, and will continue to update this review as we experience issues or successes. But so far, so good.

An affiliate was having some issues figuring out their account and the support team has been consistently helpful and available when needed. They helped me understand the process and gave appropriate info to pass along to my affiliate. Great service!

I just registered for this app and so far the experience has been great. Support is there 24/7 and a lot of the features that I am looking for are included in the free plan. I signed up for the marketplace and have gotten 2 applications in less than 24n hours!
